No one can fail to be impressed as they drive past Clones Golf Club now,
with its swanky new fencing and fabulous freshly tarmacadamed car park.
But as with everything these days it doesn’t come cheap to look this
good (ask any lady!) so we are asking everyone to give a final push and
support the G. Mac competition for a few more weeks to raise a little
more cash towards the improvements. Weekly prizes mean you can have some
time with the pro Tristan and get the chance to be in the play offs to
win a spot to play with the Big Mac, G. Mac later in the year.
The letters drawn in last week’s Alpha Bet lotto were MIKD and there
were no winners of the 6,900 jackpot which now rolls over to 7,000. The
5 lucky dippers each winning 20 were Paul Casey Lisnaskea, Geraldine
White Clones, Lynn Whelan Cootehill, Daniel White Clones and Trevor
Clarke Scotshouse. Well done to them. Draw every Monday night in
clubhouse. Tickets are one euro or one pound each or 6 for a fiver! Do
your letters look lucky??
Clones Golf Club’s Web Site has had a revamp and it looks fabulous.
Thank you to everyone involved in this project. Please note the newspaper reports will be added
