Lady Prize Winners

The Captain’s Prize to the Ladies was won by Helen Connolly, 2nd Catherine Farrell, Gross Rosita McCabe. Congratulations to all the winners. A special thank you to the Captain and Rosita for providing us with eatables on completion of our round of golf and also to the wonderful ladies committee who supplied us with teas/coffees and a wide range of confectionary etc. to choose from on our arrival at the Clubhouse.

Ross & Kate Mealiff Sponsored Stableford Repeater

We are delighted to confirm that Ross and Kate Mealiff of Hotel Kilmore have agreed to sponsor the ladies and gents stableford repeater which will run until Sunday 9th of September with prizes for both genders. Fee is €5 and €3 to repeat. We would like to thank Ross and Kate for their kind generosity and for their willingness to sponsor this competition at short notice.

The numbers drawn on the 27th August were 6, 13, 17 and 29 and there were no winners of the 3,000 jackpot now at 3,200. The 5 lucky dippers each winning 20 were Caroline Lynch Clones, Mateo Florez Cassidy Oviedo, Paddy Devine G4, Eugene McCaughey Clones and Breda McDermott Clones. Well done to them! The sellers’ prize for August went to Phil McCrystal. Members are once again requested to sell a few a buy a few tickets please. Only one euro or one pound each or 6 tickets for a fiver! Sales have dipped a bit and a concerted effort is needed please.
