Clones Golf Club is open for business, and we might add, our course is playable all year round! We hear some courses are closed because of the wet, not Clones. We hear at some courses players have to play their ball from the rough, not at Clones. We have one of the driest courses in the country and it is in fine condition despite the adverse weather conditions of late and ready for you to play! Visit our website www.clonesgolfclub.com and our facebook page (please note that you do not have to be a facebook user to access our page just click the blue “f” at the foot of our web page.) We are taking new members for 2017 and fees can be paid in bite size chunks by Direct Debit on a monthly basis. We boast a very cosy and welcoming clubhouse which has been refurbished recently, well equipped large shower facilities and locker rooms, a large free, easy to park in car-park, a thriving men’s club where beginners and established players are welcome, and also a ladies club who will welcome beginners and accomplished players alike. Come and try the course (green fees €20) and see what you think (buggies also available). A beautiful scenic course with forgiving fairways and testing greens the perfect combination. For further details contact the clubhouse 047 56017 or pop along to see us.
On behalf of Club President Anne, Club Captains, Joe and Teresa, we wish our club members and all associated with the Club a Happy, Healthy and a great golfing 2017.
