Congratulations to Paddy McKeown our Captain for the incoming year, Paddy took over from our outgoing Captain Gerry Traynor at the Clubs Annual General Meeting which took place in the Clubhouse on Sunday evening last. The ladies Annual General Meeting takes place on Sunday 29th of November at 3pm sharp and all proposals must be with Madam Secretary Eileen Kerr 14 days prior. The Men’s Club AGM takes place the same day at 6pm sharp and again all proposals should be with the secretary Paul Fitzpatrick prior to that date.

The Men’s Spring League has commenced with some fantastic scores being recorded,Winner of Week 1 was Collie Creighten who has set the bar very high with a great score of 41 pts, Congratulations Collie. The well contested men’s single stableford competition, last week, was won with 40 points by Shane Morgan. Hot on his heels, only losing on a countback, was Donal O’ Reilly. The best gross prize went to David Golding with 32 points. Congratulations gentlemen. Prize giving and presentation night will be held next Monday 30th April, at 9.30pm. Could all prize winners please attend.
